Group Flight Arrangements
For groups of 10 or more travelers, we offer specialized flight contracts that may include deposit options. Please inquire for details specific to your group’s needs.
Group Hotel Arrangements
For groups requiring 10-30 hotel rooms, a hotel contract may be necessary depending on the property and your specific trip details. We offer two types of arrangements:
- Guaranteed Room Block: Secures a specific number of rooms at a locked-in rate. You’ll be responsible for a certain number of rooms, even if they aren’t all filled, but this option guarantees availability and often provides enhanced group benefits.
- Courtesy Room Block: Reserves a set of rooms without financial commitment. The hotel releases any unbooked rooms back into their inventory without charge to you by a predetermined date, typically 30-60 days before arrival.
Group cruise Arrangements
For groups of 8 or more cabins accommodating 16+ passengers, we offer specialized cruise contracts that may include deposit options. Please inquire for details specific to your group’s needs.
