Working with My Tailored Escape means entering a partnership dedicated to creating your perfect escape. Here’s what our journey together looks like:

Free Discovery Call (30 minutes)
Our journey begins with a video call where we get to know each other. We’ll chat about your travel dreams, preferences, and what an ideal escape looks like for you. What are your wishes? Must-dos? Dream activities and destinations? This is your opportunity to ask questions about the process, discuss fees, and share more about what you’re seeking in an escape. I’ll listen intently to understand not just where you want to go, but how you want to feel during and after your journey. This call helps us determine if we’re the right fit for each other.

Custom Planning
Once the appropriate planning fee is paid and client agreement signed, I craft a custom itinerary tailored specifically to your style—thoughtfully designed and stress-free. This phase includes a follow-up video call to discuss the itinerary at length, gather your feedback, and make adjustments until it’s perfect. You’ll receive prompt communications that explain what to expect and serves as a future reference. For clients short on time, I can provide a comprehensive video walkthrough of your itinerary in lieu of a call.

Final Approval
You’ll review the plan, request any final tweaks, and give the final thumbs up. This ensures every detail aligns with your vision before we move forward with bookings.

Booking & Preparation
I handle all the logistics—securing reservations, processing payments, and preparing comprehensive documentation. We’ll have a video call to answer any questions, review updates, and ensure you’re equipped with the technological, cultural, and practical knowledge you need…plus a digital way to access everything at your fingertips, whenever you need it. You’ll head into your journey feeling fully prepared and confident.

As you escape the ordinary and embark on your journey, I remain available for any emergencies or unexpected situations. This is your time to immerse yourself in new experiences, knowing you have support if needed.

Post-Trip Follow-Up
Upon your return, we’ll schedule an after-action video call to learn about your trip! You’ll share the highlights, what worked well, and provide feedback that helps me continue refining my understanding of your preferences for future escapes.
